State of Ohio interview questions

Very regimented. Pre-determined questions that are based off a scoring system. Everyone gets asked the same questions so fair in this regard. Prep well by reviewing the programs website that you are applying.

Interviewed with 3 employees, all were respectful and humorous. It was a relaxing atmosphere and they had a good rapport. The 3-person approach was meant to alleviate multiple interviews & they asked questions from a list. Took about an hour all-in-all.
