      Interview

      There were 2 interviews. The initial one was with my immediate supervisor and 2 other members of the unit, there was no flexibility on the date, they were just doing the interviews that day and they would not do an exception. The second one that the manager of the unit and it was very informal, but after that the decision was made really fast actually it was the same day of the second interview. After that it was 1 month to start because of the background check.

      Interview

      The interview was a panel of 3 people who took turns asking questions. There was roughly 7 questions and the entire process took about 45 minutes. After the questions I was asked to perform some basic computer skills to display my experience. That part of the interview took approximately 15 minutes.

      Usually a review panel. If you make it past the review panel then you should get a second interview. Make it past that and get a third. And in some cases, in order to get hired, you have to pass a background check with some state agencies.
