Interview
I was called to discuss the role and my availability, and was scheduled to complete a test the following week. The day after the test, I was notified that I had passed the test and was asked if I would be interested in a role in the office instead, as a Field Operations Supervisor Assistant.

Question 1
It was a brief phone interview, in which they asked me to 'sell myself', and describe why I would be a great fit for an administrative role. They also called at least one of the references I had provided.
