The pathetic part is INDIA country manager takes the first round and Okay it, then come in picture the same job level associates and take the interview who doesnt have basic knowledge of the role and how to improvise the process. I really pity the senior management of this company for believing their trust and potential on such associates who are incapable of running their role.
