Steel Encounters interview questions

Phone interview, then in-person interview with direct supervisor. 3rd interview was a 1 to 2 hr review of job duties by actual job shadowing a current employee. Was asked to take a few math related questions

I was just asked how much $ I wanted and who referred me to their company. The reason is I had already been working for the company just through a skilled trade placement company for 9 months prior. So they knew me pretty well, and I was treated as one of their regular employees. It was fantastic!
