Technical round they will ask you average question.
Manger round more about company and your interest they will ask.
HR they will tell you more bout company cons,salary negotiation.
When you go with counter offer and asking for higher salary as per current market they will took the one more technical round with CTO.
CTO will ask you the all questions whatever he work in his experience. After going thorough all the round they will reject you.
If they don’t have the budget why they are demotivating the candidate?
