Interview
Two interviews. Unrealistic expectations. Extremely low salary base. Extremely unprofessional HR, never bothered to update after wasting so much time. Easiest way to reject a good candidate is to bring something up which was never mentioned in original JD. There is a reason why third tier consulting companies can never compete with MBBs of this world.

Interview
There were two interviews. The first was over the phone and consisted of industry related and personal interest questions. The second was in person and consisted of 5 rounds of 30 minute interviews with 1-3 people per round. The questions were again mostly industry based but were not overly complicated or technical.

Very quick turnaround after making online application - helpful feedback after interview/assessment centre. Make sure to speak up in group assessment and be confident, everyone is very welcoming and it was certainly the nicest assessment centre yet!
