The recruiting process was very comprehensive and extremely professional. I had 5 phases of interviews including an on site meeting with various members of the management team. The onboarding process was also very thorough. My first week of orientation includined over 25 meeting with key members of the management team who provided overviews of their organizations and roles. Everyone was very hospitable and positive and there was a sense of good morale, collaboration and teamwork. After 2 months of working here, I am very happy with my decision to join Stefanini !
