Standard Behavioral Interview techniques, with emphasis placed on business acumen and the ability to think critically, being analytical to problem solve.
The interview process was in 3 stages, an initial Phone Screen, Panel Interview with the Site Director and one Delivery Manager.
The entire process was very straightforward, during which the recruiter kept me updated and was very good about keeping an open line of communication.
Quick and easy. The interview was right to the point. It was through and very easygoing. The interview process was very good it was not a stressful experience but one that fostered a good communication between the two parties at the time the interview process was good

The interview was held with the HR staff member and was nice and relaxed, again, it depends on the job/project because the HR is just the 1st step.The discussion was focused mainly around my background and trying to see if I am a suitable candidate.It was not at all difficult.
