There are usually between 3 and 4 people asking questions depending on the job. Everyone will introduce themselves and likely ask the candidate for a safety tip. They will then ask about your background allowing you to elaborate on whatever you like. They will ask about experience with tasks that may be required for the job. They try to give a realistic set of job duties and determine if the candidate is good for the job. Then a tour of the facility is usually given. They may ask if you have experience on machines or processes. Then allow you to ask your own questions. Finally, once there are no more questions, the candidate will be given a benefits brochure, and is told that they may be called soon (within 2 weeks) of their decision. The candidate will leave and the interviewers will remain in the office to discuss how the interview went.
