Stein Mart Store Associate interview questions

You sit down in the break room to interview with the manager of the department they're hiring for. They basically just as you a bunch of questions like any other interview. You need to dress professionally.

I submitted an application in-store and waited a week before calling to check on my application. A day after I called, I got a phone call from one of the associate managers asking to meet with me as soon as possible. I scheduled an interview for two days later and met with that associate manager alone. The interview was pretty easy -- he mostly just asked about my resume and why I was interested in working at Stein Mart.
