Stelfox interview questions

Face to face interview with the contractor manager which lasted 30 minutes. Went into depth about recruitment & the IT sector, very knowledgeable & passionate about his job. Asked how my background would seperate from the rest of the candidates. 2nd round interview with the MD and senior recruitment manager was asked how do you define resilience and how you would be resilient if you get on getting knocked down all the time.

Was brought in for an interview at Dublin location after applying online. Was mainly asked about my previous experience and what was relevant to recruiting/sales. Interview didn't take very long. I was told I would hear an update in 2-3 weeks but when I tried to email and call after this time period to follow up I never got any response for either.
