Stellar Organisation interview questions

First was practiacal interview ,thn i had an virtual interview with the manager... Whic went well ...the pratical interview was a bit tough but...thy could see weather you r putting your effort in pulling the files .. merging etc

The whole process was for almost 1 week, got a call from them that my profile has been shortlisted later they gave me a day for panel interview in which they asked about myself in brief and my education etc there were 11-15 people from which they selected 4-5, then comes final round where the interview was 1:1 in which the interviewer asked only one question that why we should hire you after answering I got selected for the job.
