Interview
Met with a couple of the owners and a second person who was also interviewing. There were technical questions and then a second visit with a questionaire and a few real-world problems to solve.

Interview
There was a test on paper than another test using a VM that had issues. Had to document how the issues were fixed. The paper text had typical technical entry level questions (port numbers, protocol definitions etc.) Once the technical tests were completed, I interviewed with the CEO and CTO. They asked a couple of somewhat technical questions and how I would manage to solve them. Then I interviewed with the COO and he questioned my ability to work as a team member in a high paced environment etc.
I believe I barely passed the paper test, I did good in the VM test, but the interview part was completely bogus. Aside from the COO, they didn't ask the right questions and they didn't present their company.

Interview
Long and stressful... Thy asked questions about everything, they thought they were the police or something like it. They grilled and stared down, very unprofessional. I hoped that they would be more welcoming and a bit more loose. It's not military, come on.
