Applied to position online and i was asked to come onsite. Basic interview questions. The interviewer just went through my experience listed on the resume and asked several job related questions.

Name a time when you had to troubles during work, how did you handle it?
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stepan (Northfield, IL)

It was great! The interviewer made the environment very comfortable for me. Questions were straight forward. The interview lasted about 45 mins which is pretty decent if I have to say so myself
