Stephen Ministries interview questions

The interview was very intense. Initial phone interview for grades (high school included). In person interview was needlessly intimidating. Three full hours or more meeting with various interviewers. Questions designed to throw you off. Then comes a candidacy which can be anywhere from three weeks to almost a month long.
