      Interview

Interviews are short, do not take a day off for it. Not worth the time. Answer already decided before you walk in the door. If you interview with the female, chances are you won't be hired. If you interview with the head of the company, you have better chances of being hired. This is coming straight from someone who heard this said after obtaining employment.
