Interview
I was first interviewed by phone with the recruiter then later was extended an in-person interview with a manager at the corporate location. Following my interview in person by the manager, I was offered the position subject to successful completion of background check and drug screening. After executing the offer letter, I was appointed for the onboarding process which included the drug test, and background check.

The interview questions were pointed and based on safety, self-reliance, and attention to detail skills. Questions also include conflict resolution in the workplace environment and customer service experience.

I thought it went great,was told a couple stories to describe several possibilities in the workplace. Was given opportunity to ask questions and was provided with knowledgeable answers. I'm excited about the upcoming opportunity
