Interview
I was hired on as a contractor and became a permanent employee about 6 months after. The interview process was pretty quick, and consisted of two interviews with actual managers in my department, and had your general interview questions about related work experience.

They had me actually go through and do a sort of practice audit (which was going to be my job), to see what kind of things I would look for and if I could find the important info.
