Interview
You first get an initial Interview with the Supervisor at the plant you get a walkthrough with the supervisor meet the Maintenance lead and be shown the process you come back and have a more personal interview with the supervisor about your work experience and discuss how you can contribute and be a good fit with the company. If all goes well you will be asked for a second interview with the plant Manager and go into a more detailed discussion about your strenths and overall feeling about joining the company.

the One thing that stuck in my mind about the interview process was how their process worked and how I could contribute overall to the success of the company through my experience working at the other companies I have been.
First a phone interview going over experience, location, schedule, and other things pertaining to the job then an in person interview double checking everything and showing off the people and place.
