Someone reached out to me on LinkedIn to work directly with him. Had my first call with the recruiter. Second round, meeting with 2 people. At the end of the video call, they said that the recruiter would reach out to me for the next step. A few hours later, I receive an automatic/no reply email saying that they will be moving forward with other candidates. UNPROFESSIONAL.

How would you handle a mad client who would want to talk to your boss?
Applied to job via company website. Received an email two days later from recruiter to set up a phone interview. I replied with my availability then the recruiter never responded back. I pinged her 2 times after that and still no word from her. I find this very unprofessional and she represents the company and my first impression.

Interview
The processed moved very quickly. Phone interview, video interview, phone interview and then offer. Be prepared and do your homework on the company. use STAR interview method. Have those answers prepared.
