Met with most members of the team that I would be working with daily, along with upper management. Was able to get a feel for the culture of the work environment. The interview was streamlined. Was asked a few behavioral based questions but the format was mostly in the form of an open dialog where I was given the opportunity to really highlight my strengths. Management came prepared and reviewed my resume before-hand which made me feel like they would treat me as a valued member of the team.
