HR reached out to me by phone first to break the ice and get a feel to see if I was a fit for the job. After that I had a teams interview with the QA manager(they were in Italy at the time) and after getting the green light then had a 2nd in person interview with the head of quality.

Multiple interviews with QA manager and QA head. First was virtual and second was in person. Most questions related to QMS and batch record experience and knowledge. It is an Italian based company with expats filling some roles in the plant.
