Filled out their online application and a recruiter called me within about 48 hours. The recruiter went over my application and qualifications over the phone, and asked what was I looking for regional, local, otr. The unnerving part was that in the middle of the conversation the recruiters manager cut into the phone call, no notice, just took over the conversation.
