They also saw on my resume that I jiggled a lot of extracurriculars in high school and asked about that and I took the opportunity to explain my good time management skills and sense of teamwork for extracurriculars like soccer and newspaper club. Within 15 mins the interview finished and I was hired on the spot. Dressing formal helped show how serious I was about getting the job.
