The first interview was with HR, the second with the CEO, and the last with several members of the software team. Follow up was great until the end when they ghosted me.

Question 1
How do you explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience?
Basically a few meetings with the Manager and then the team. They asked me some technical questions that were pretty straight-forward, but focused on culture and team-fit questions quite a bit too.
