It was straight-forward. First there was an interview with the department head to assess your general vibe and whether you'd be a good fit. Then, there was a skill test to see how proficient you are with a computer, nothing crazy.
I received a phone call made by the recruiter, then was invited for an in-person interview with the manager at their office. The process was made clear through email correspondances.

Interview
There was two interviews, and also a phone-call screening so basically 3 interviews in total. They also performed a background check and required undergrad transcripts. They will first put you as a floater in the admin centre, and then later on assign you to an actual partner. This may come after several years.
