I applied in June and was sent an email about once a month saying they were still interested but did not have available interviews yet. Finally interviewed in November and will start training in December. The application included writing notes for 2 pretend clients based on a pre-chosen Fix. Before the interview, I was instructed to prepare a Pinterest board for a client. When I arrived at Stitch Fix I was instructed to write a client note to go along with it (I suggest doing this ahead of time.) The interview itself lasted about 45 minutes and consisted of some traditional interview questions, along with some practice styling of 3 pieces. I interviewed on a Wednesday and got the job offer email on the following Monday.
