I applied online. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Austin, TX) in July 2017
Interview
You arrive early to complete an assignment. You're asked to dress casual, which I feel is a setup to judge your own personal style. You're interviewed by two people (women in my case). You share a private Pinterest board with them that you create prior to. Then you're asked to style people with three pieces of clothing they'be selected for you. Let me add that they are the most hideous pieces of clothing they can find. How do you politely say "I wouldn't send these pants to my worse enemy?" Without insulting them? You don't. You just pray and hope that they can't tell you puked a little in your mouth and make something up.

What is one of the biggest challenges you think you might face working with us?
The process was seamless and pretty easy. Just have a passion for fashion and a great attitude. Everyone was super friendly! If you love fashion, this might be the job for you.
The interview took place via Zoom and was quick and easy with a local Lead Stylist. It was very straightforward and fine. Communication throughout the process was excellent. I received my offer quickly and accepted.

Interview
I received an email about a week after applying to do a styling activity, about a week after that was submitted I was emailed again to set up a virtual interview. The interview went well, a lot of “tell me a time when” questions.
