I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Austin, TX) in Oct 2017
Interview
Applied online and heard back within the week.
20 minute phone interview with Team Lead - a lot of questions about customer service experience as well as questions about negative experiences and how I dealt with them.
Heard back later than night that I was asked to come in for an in person interview. The office was in a great location and seemed a pretty cool environment. I was greeted and sent off to shadow a girl currently in the position I was interviewing for (15-20 minutes of reading and responding to emails). Then a 30 minute interview with two team leads asking more about decision making, customer service, and the aftermath of decisions. I had to listen to a recording of a call with a customer and critique that; and then write a draft response to a customer email.
The people I interviewed with were nice and I thought it went well. Apparently there was some disconnect because I heard back a few days later that I didn't receive an offer.

Question 1
Tell us about a time that you had to make a difficult decision in a work place and how did that play out.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Austin, TX) in Sept 2018
Interview
There was 30-minute phone interview and then an in-office interview where you shadow a current employee for 30 minutes then speak with 1-2 managers for 30 minutes. They ask you the average interview questions. You listen to a pre-recorded call and suggest improvements. Lastly, you respond to a fake email. The shadowing was fun for me, because it was very natural and communicative. The one-on-one interview was weird because of how scripted and robotic it was.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Austin, TX) in June 2018
Interview
3-part interview process. Online writing prompts and typing tests. Phone interview. In-Person Interview at downtown office. In the final stage there is also a shadowing component with a current employee.

Question 1
What was a difficult experience you've had with a client in the past? What makes you want to work at Stitch Fix?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Austin, TX) in May 2018
Interview
I applied online and received an email a few days later asking to do a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty basic and was mainly them giving me information. After that, I was asked to come in for a 1-2 hour interview. In this interview, I shadowed someone for 30 minutes and met with two people for about an hour. In that, I listened to a phone call that I had to analyze and then responded to a hypothetical email. All in all, pretty easy!
