I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix
Interview
Phone screens and onsite case style interviews. I was unimpressed by the fact the entire team is made of women who act privileged and superficial. They look for nothing beyond the same type of people to join the team. Three interviewers asked the same type of uninspiring case style questions for 45 minutes each. There was very little personal interactions. They didn't care who you are. Many of the questions revolve around how to optimize to allow them to make more money. It is just another job where you work with uninspiring colleagues to achieve near-sighted goals of making more profits.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Standard case study Strategy interview process, I think it's a step before case assignment and presentation. Prior to the case study interviews I had 1 screening with a recruiter and 1 with the hiring manager
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interviewers (who were all very nice) went through a couple of past roll outs they had (one product, one market) and asked how I would have gone about it
