I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix in July 2019
Interview
Interview process was a bit lengthy in comparison to other companies, but also very pleasant. First interview was just a non-technical meet-and-greet screening with an engineering manager, followed by a very practical take-home project. Third stage was a 2-hour pairing session with a software engineer on the team--adding to the take home project, followed by an on-site interview. Because of the timing, I ended up doing the on-site remotely and it involved meeting with various people from different teams and there was one brief final technical screening included as part of that, as well as an architecture interview.
