I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jan 2020
Interview
The whole interview process was about an hour done via web conference.
Before your actual interview you are given "homework" that you must submit prior. During the interview you are asked typical interview questions, ie: why do you want to work for us, what makes you a good fit? You are asked about different body types and how you would style them and then given a style challenge. The women who interviewed me were incredibly nice and easy to talk to making the whole process much more comfortable.
