Beforehand they send you information about a make-believe client, so you can choose 5 pieces that you would send them and why. Upon arrival, they have you write a note to a make-believe client then go into an in-person interview where they go over the activity, job description, and why you are a good fit. They also had clothes there where you would describe why/what you would send to different clients.
