I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Sacramento, CA) in Dec 2015
Interview
Met at a hotel and notice a very clicky type of environment. Not very friendly from the start. I've had a background of seven years of retail sales and management including Michael Kors and personally styling brides as well. The interviewers were not kind and had made decisions from the beginning as opposed to looking at skills.
Standard job interview with two managers and a more in depth styling activity discussing different body types and what clothing I would put on them if I had their Fix

Question 1

It was a simple interview, had to do mock styling then a zoom interview with hiring manager. Basic interview questions asked, basically looking for customer service experience for the job
