I applied online. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2020
Interview
Very easy going and casual. My interviewer was very friendly and there was an air of wanting me to be successful. Questions did include work experience as well as experience, in work or not, around styling specifically.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix in Jan 2022
Interview
Took a while to receive an invitation to interview, but once someone reached out it was a very easy process. They were straightforward about the interview process, accommodating, and very friendly. We emailed to set a date and time for a Zoom interview and I was told what to expect from the interview beforehand and that's exactly how the process went.

Question 1
They are upfront and tell you to research the STAR method. The question I remember most is one that asked about a previous difficult situation with a coworker and how I handled it.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stitch Fix in Aug 2020
Interview
I submitted my application and resume. I heard back through email within a couple of days. I was then given a link to sign up for an interview slot over Zoom. That interview was a couple weeks out. I was given a project beforehand to prepare for the interview which was to style two clients with the given clothing items and explain why you chose those items. This took up a majority of the interview. After the interview, I got an offer within a couple days. I had a week to accept and then the job started a month after.
