Completed one phone interview that was fairly laid back. The interview went smooth, all questions were very typical for any interview process. Afterward, I sent a follow-up email thanking them for their time (I was really looking forward to hearing back from them). Unfortunately, neither the interviewer or HR representative responded to that email, nor did they follow up with me to let me know that they decided to move on without me - ouch, ghosted! I take rejection very well but have never interviewed for a corporate professional job without any follow-up or a returned "thank you" for my time and interest. Hope this feedback helps, guys!
