I applied online. I interviewed at StockX (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2020
Interview
For starters the company was in a rush to complete the interview process. Then took over a week to even inform me if I got the job or not and even that I had to contact my recruiter to find out. Then after getting the job I get rewarded with the most invasive background check I’ve ever had in my entire career/ life which then became bothersome when I couldn’t provide paystubs from a job I had 7 years ago. So then I had to spend two days talking to the background company to get them to clear it. After that background check I had ANOTHER background check to complete. Have no fear this one only took two days and then I get a call saying they pulled my offer due to my background check but wouldn’t tell me why. All for what? An entry level customer service job? I have 9 years of experience with customer service including management. It’s suspicious because I checked my background check two days prior and I met company standards on every single box. So thank you for giving me a job for 3 weeks and then pulling my offer right before the start date. Super unprofessional and I will never recommend this company to anyone.
