I thought the interview with the CEO, CTO and the VP of Marketing went very well. I got an offer, they clearly wanted to hire me but I thought it was low and I countered.
Then the Ukraine invasion happened turned the market a bit crazy and then CEO decided to send a cryptic text message to me.
Long story short, I countered their first low ball offer, the Ukraine invasion happened and then I got ghosted.
My messages to the CEO:

- Regardless of the market climate, your company still needs better project management and clearly you need some leadership training.
