I was contacted via email after submitting my application through a job search website. Interviewed within the same week I was told that If I sounded like a good fit we would meet for a formal interview. ( 2 weeks until I got the call to meet formally) - The GM made a point to call me and let me know I was a tie with one other person and he was aiming to make a decision . (1 week later) got the job
