Stoic interview questions

Good HR to intro the company and have a welcoming conversation. Production team was welcoming and I liked their energy. Some odd questions from the stakeholder panel. Asked basic communication questions that made me wonder whether they were trick questions. Some questions were also quite vague. I didn’t make it past mid-way on panels since they suddenly canceled my final panel interview and dropped me on the day of. Sent me a generic rejection email. I asked for feedback and never heard from them again. Then I receive an email asking for my feedback? I don’t take it personally if there’s a better fit. However it left a poor impression on me as it was sudden—with no response about the context or feedback and yet they ask me for feedback on their interview process. I also didn’t see as much diversity as I was hoping for.

The interview was ok, nothing special. They did not disclose much info about the company or the workflow. They mostly asked questions, without giving any information about the company. It is a normal thing in Bulgaria however. With remote work the interview processes might get better in time.
