Stolle Machinery Company interview questions

I was asked to come in to the office for an in-person interview - no prior testing or phone interview. I was to be interviewed by a Supervisor and a Manager but the Manager did not attend.

Phone screen with external recruiter, phone screen with hiring manager (45 minutes), on-site interview with hiring manager and his manager. Asked back for second on-site interview with upper management. The position was a new role for the team and the entire process was quite collaborative and positive. A majority of the interview centered around engineering experience and cultural fit. With the engineering experience a minimum requirement and the cultural fit and strength being a candidate differentiation.
