      Project Manager Interview

      18 Nov 2021
      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Stonbury (London, England) in May 2021

      Interview

First interview included a word task and presentation, quite formal, but did lack a bit structure, I do wonder if the other people interviewed got asked the same questions. Second interview was more informal, didn't last long.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stonbury (Derby, England) in May 2022

      Interview

I had an initial |teams meeting which was to meet the Delivery Director and to give me a flavor of the job i was applying for. This was very useful as it gave me an idea if the role was for me before a formal interview. I was then invited for a formal interview i was given the option of over teams or in person i decided in person as i prefer this. I found this very good we went through my CV and some questions about my Cv and "Name a time when" this was with the delivery director and senior Project Manager. I was then asked back to the office for a third and final informal discussion which was to go through any questions i had or anything i had in mind about the role again this was very engaging and i was told a formal offer was going to be made to myself. Overall the process was very good it was formal but i felt at ease throughout the whole process and was kept updated the whole way through.
