Applied online, got an email on the day, literally couple hours after applying, and was asked to come for an interview the next day. The interview was really relaxing, they don't try to put too much pressure on you. The manager was great, just asked questions about myself, past experiences working in customer related jobs etc, questions you expect to be asked, but it was very informal and made you feel nice and relaxed. Most of the interview wasn't actually him asking me questions, just the two of us talking about each other, working here, about the atmosphere in the pub, life, the other employees here etc, he mostly wanted to see what kind of a person i was. I can't talk about how the work there is, i haven't started yet, but i have received a full time place there, just need to go through training, but i can say that the interview process was great, actually had fun during the interview, something i have never said before. Wish more companies had an interview process like there, instead of making you feel like you are on trial. Well done Stonegate
