I applied through Indeed and was invited for my first interview face to face which lasted around 20 minutes. I was then invited for second interview face to face with the general manager. I was then emailed a job offer.

None of those typical interview questions, just chatted about what we've done before, spoke about myself as a person and why I applied for the position.
Tour of the premises, Aptitude test which took 20 minutes, interview questions with the manager then a brief run through of daily activities and how to log sales on the computer system
