I recently applied for a position based on the appealing salary range listed in the job description. However, during the phone interview, I was surprised to learn that the actual pay being offered was significantly lower than what was advertised. The recruiter mentioned a completely different range, which was frustrating given the time and effort I invested in the process. It's disappointing when companies aren’t transparent about compensation, especially when salary is a key factor for most candidates. This lack of clarity raises concerns about the overall integrity of the hiring process. I hope the company revises its approach to job postings to reflect what is truly being offered.
