It's simple, there are 3 stages. In all 3 describe how you are competitive, money motivated and progression orientated. All 3 interviewers will basically ask you the same questions. Include examples and you are golden.

terrible, 6 stages and told I was a strong candidate, then sent to Storm 2 instead due to Storm4 numbers filling up, the Storm 2 manager told me off the bat she was not interested and conducted the interview without paying any attention and hung up abruptly
