Interview
I made it to the 2nd interview, which I believe was to be followed by 1 or 2 more. First interview was just a screener about my expectations, including compensation and growth. The recruiter was very nice so no complaints there. Compensation did strike me as well below market, and I was not a huge fan of the idea of working at 6 AM every day.
My 2nd interview was a bit strange. I was asked many questions in a interrogatory manner. I'd sum up the interview with this response:
"
Me: What are the average amount of hours usually worked in this position?
Interviewer: Well we don't really look at that here. It's really as long as it takes to get the job done.
"
Now, I have no problem working overtime but this answer was a massive red flag. I spoke to many companies during my job search and StormWind certainly fell towards the bottom of impressions made.
After this, the recruiter messaged me the next day on LI with a brief message letting me know they would no longer be moving forward with my candidacy. I was no longer interested at that point anyways.

Interview
Their recruiter Monica was amazing! She really does a great job prepping you for everything and keeping you in the loop. After the initial phone screening with her, there could be up to 3 rounds of interviews.
Interview 1 (via Zoom):
Basic interview/get to know you questions
Interview 2 (In-person):
Role play their script with one of the managers. It's not too hard if you practice a few times beforehand, but it depends on the manager.
Interview 3 (not sure location)
If they really like you there may not be a third interview, but this one is with the director and it's more of a vibe check.

Interview
Recruiter was very nice on my introduction call and emphasized how great the culture is and how much the company promotes from within. The promotion she mentioned did not make sense to me. When you reach a certain threshold you just get switched to salary but don't make more money.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at StormWind Studios (Scottsdale, AZ) in Dec 2022
Interview
Very Personable - They really take the time to get to know you and your personality to ensure you'd be a fit for their company culture and vice versa.....so make sure to stay true to your character.
