Very easy & welcoming! They brought me on farm and had a great dialogue. They showed me around property and made me feel very comfortable. They are nice people. They asked very standard questions, but focused a lot on their organization.
The interview process was fairly easy and felt comfortable, like a conversation. They were very prompt in getting back to me, which was very much appreciated. I had only one interview before being offered the position.
