I was given a phone interview then about 3 weeks later invited to an in-person interview. After a few days, I was invited to start ground school (training). Training will last quite a few months depending on the position.

Interview
It was fine interview, I went to one of the location in downtown Seattle. I interviewed with two other managers in the cafe. It was more like a chat instead of a formal interview. The interviewer were nice and tried their best to make you feel comfortable.
